Campbell Soup has been targeted in a lawsuit alleging that it falsely advertises its V8 Splash flavored juice products as “healthy, natural beverages brimming with healthful fruit and vegetable juices” when in fact the brand is “artificially-flavored sugar-water labeled as if it were fruit juice.”
