Are You Owed Money From A Class-Action Lawsuit? Find Settlements & Rebates You May Be Eligible For!

Electrolux Dryer Class Action Settlement
Settlement Deadline: December 31, 2022

If you purchased certain models of clothing dryers from Electrolux, which includes a variety of brands such as Kenmore, Frigidaire, and Gibson, in the United States between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2011 then you might be entitled to some benefits.

According to the lawsuit, various models were designed in a way that allowed lint to accumulate near the heat sources, which caused thousands of fires. These fires were then alleged to be made more dangerous due to flammable plastic parts used in the dryers.

Electrolux has denied any wrongdoing but has agreed to settle in order to avoid further expenses due to litigation.
