Arizona Iced Tea Lawsuit Commences; No Preservatives

In October 2018, a consumer class action lawsuit was filed against Arizona Beverage Co. for allegedly misleadingly marketing its beverages as having “No Preservatives” when, according to the Arizona Iced Tea Class Action Complaint, the beverages contain preservatives, such as citric acid and ascorbic acid.
